特氟龍無縫帶，亦叫做鐵氟龍無縫帶，它是用在粘合機(jī)上的輸送帶。一般是采用玻璃纖維和凱芙拉為基布，涂覆以特氟龍乳涂，經(jīng)烘干制成的一種耐高溫輸送帶。PTFE無接縫粘合帶:無縫帶采用高強(qiáng)度玻璃纖維紗或凱芙拉(芳綸)經(jīng)圓織設(shè)備編織筒狀織物，采用獨(dú)特的工藝技術(shù)涂覆特氟龍樹脂(PTFE)制成的。它克服以往輸送帶接口連接處易斷裂的現(xiàn)象。連接處周長(zhǎng)不等而造成走行穩(wěn)定性差，跑偏現(xiàn)象，無縫帶運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)壽命比任何接法的特氙龍輸送帶壽命都要長(zhǎng)3倍以上。
Teflon seamless belt, also known as Teflon seamless belt, it is used in the conveyor belt bonding machine. It is a heat-resistant conveyor belt made of fiberglass and Kevlar, coated with Teflon emulsion and dried. Seamless adhesive tape: seamless tape is made of high-strength glass fiber yarn or Kevlar woven tubular fabric by circular weaving equipment, coated with Teflon resin (PTFE) using a unique process. The utility model overcomes the phenomenon that the joint of the conveyor belt is easy to break in the past. The running life of seamless belt is more than 3 times longer than that of any connected terxenon conveyor belt.
